Worst to Best: Godzilla the King of the Monsters [30-26]
We’re back for part two of my ranking of Godzilla’s films from worst to best. There’s not much to say today folks and I don’t plan on giving you too much of an intro. We’re continuing our countdown of Godzilla films and today we’re going from 30 to 26. Let’s do this. #30. Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle | 2018 So, this film could have been great, much like the previous entry. It had a good concept and then they absolutely blew it by making another one of Godzilla’s most memorable foes into a freaking city. It’s not a giant mechanized Godzilla, no, it’s been turned into a…

Friday Fright Fest: The 10 Best Folk Horror Films of All Time
Wikipedia describes Folk Horror as a subgenre of horror film and horror fiction that uses elements of folklore to invoke fear and foreboding. Typical characteristics include a rural setting, isolation, and themes of superstition, folk religion, paganism, sacrifice and the dark aspects of nature. Although related to supernatural horror films, folk horror usually focuses on the beliefs and actions of people rather than the supernatural, and often deals with naïve outsiders coming up against these. Up next in my in-depth reviews and looks at the individual Godzilla movies is one of the highest-grossing films in the entire series, King Kong vs. Godzilla. Now, you all know by now that I am doing these in an order, from worst to best. That said, you might be asking yourself why this film, while one of the highest-grossing, is the third worst in my opinion. Well, I’ll get into it more as this goes on and you’ll understand my stance. As usual, I will mix in facts about the movie with my opinions as I want people to understand as much about the movie as possible. King Kong…

Godzilla the King of the Monsters: Worst To Best [36-31]
There is only one, undisputed, king when it comes to Kaiju movies. No, it’s not freaking King Kong you damn Americans. That title belongs to Godzilla. Godzilla, or Gojira, is a legendary Kaiju created by Toho Studios way back in 1954. There are thirty-six movies currently with the Big G starring in them and, like all series, there have been some good and some bad films. As the first in my series of Worst to Best, I chose Godzilla because of two reasons. One is the longevity of the series. The Godzilla series has spanned 67 years to date. There really aren’t many film series’ with that kind of longevity…
