PULL THE PLUG ON THIS MAN! He has been so over for so long and got nothing to show for it except the US title; he deserves to be the World Champion.
With each wrestler I have chosen in this article, I can only see them going against one champion. LA can go against either champion with an existing story there for both. The promo battles against CM Punk would be generational, possibly the two best talkers WWE currently have. And with LA currently off TV, he will have an impact in the Royal Rumble as his theme hits, and he comes in like a ball of fire. He could go against Drew as well, but I feel like it’s less likely that he would move over to SmackDown to compete.
I write this two weeks before the Rumble, and no one has officially declared for it, but with the momentum some of the competitors have, it could be one of the best Royal Rumbles in years. The Saudi crowds are usually quite red hot, which, combined with the excitement, gives us something to look forward to.
